Cancelling Appointments and Orders

A few issues have come up with the Cancel/Undo button not functioning as desired. If you run into a situation where, as a tech, you need to cancel an appointment and then an order, follow this path.

Go to the patients Appt Desk.

  • Scheduling-->appts
  • Find your patient and double click to open your patients appointment desk
  • Locate your patients appointment on the "future" tab
  • Highlight it and click "can/rsch"
  • Place a check mark in the box next the the appt(s) you wish to cancel and accept

Now that the appointment has been canceled you can go to ancillary orders and locate the patients order and cancel it.
